• One free 30-minute consult
• Initial 90-minute virtual education session (in-depth cycle and charting training)
• One 1-hour virtual check-in session at the beginning of each cycle to review your charts
• Unlimited text, email, and phone support for three full cycles
• Tips for regulating hormones if your charts and symptoms indicate imbalances
• Emotional support throughout the entire process
• Resources and referrals for further support if necessary

I am thrilled to now be offering a package to help those struggling with conceiving or for those who want to learn more about their cycles in preparation for conception! So much of our lives we are only taught how to AVOID pregnancy, but not how to get pregnant once we are ready to grow our families. With this package, I will help you get to know your body and your cycle for your best chances of conceiving without intervention!

Continuing Fertility Support $75

If after three cycles you are not pregnant and would like further conception support, I also offer add on cycles! Includes everything but the consult and initial education session.
